The fixed-pitch marine boat propeller has the following characteristics:
Simple structure: The structure of the constant-speed boat propeller is relatively simple, lightweight, low in cost, and easy to maintain.
Widely applied: Due to its simple structure and low cost, the constant-distance boat propeller is widely used in small-power, light and ultra-light aircraft.
Performance limitations: The main drawback of fixed-pitch boat propellers is that they cannot maintain optimal performance under various operating conditions. Once the boat propeller is installed on the engine crankshaft, the pilot cannot change the blade angle. Therefore, the maximum efficiency of the boat propeller can only be achieved at a specific forward ratio, and the efficiency at other speeds will be lower than the maximum value.

Marine fixed-pitch propellers can be produced for ships with a length of less than 8 meters and a finished weight of about 35 tons. Common materials include first-grade manganese bronze (Cu1), second-grade nickel-manganese bronze (Cu2), third-grade nickel-aluminum bronze (Cu3), and fourth-grade manganese-aluminum bronze (Cu4).
